THE VISION AND THE MISSION OF BCC
1. THE PROBLEMATIC
In 1985, Apostle Yoshua NDAGIJIMANA MASASU had the following diagnosis which is unfortunately still true today in the church of Jesus Christ:
- The absence of effective consecration on behalf of those who call themselves Christians with consequent transmission of knowledge and not a spiritual reproduction of life for life. The number of born again people was increasing but these people were not trained to become disciples.
- The release or sometimes the lack of a consistent prayer life and a systematic teaching of the word of God for the benefit of other deemed more useful activities.
- Lack of information exchange, gifts, framework facilitating of interconnection, resulting in inefficiency of the church as the body of Christ to influence the community where she is due to the scattered efforts in all directions and sometimes unnecessary duplication of actions that could be coordinated for greater efficiency.
2.THE VISION OF BCC
The vision of Bible Communication Center is:
“to prepare/ raise an army (a race) of life givers disciples, totally consecrated to the Lord Jesus Christ, restored and from different backgrounds but interconnected in a family spirit, restored, trained and sent determined to proclaim Jesus Christ the Lord of this generation.”
3.THE MISSION OF BCC
- To establish chains or networks of intercession 24hours/ 7 days, to support the families, the church and the nations and participate in the deliverance of any person and / or family under oppression
- To collect, process and diffuse / distribute Christian information for a better coordination of evangelical actions in order to avoid confusion and collision in the Lord’s church;
- To establish a continuous training framework and supervision of the disciples according to the portrait of disciple (growth stages from conversion to the ministry) to make them accomplished servants;
- To advise, go along with or supervise any evangelical mission (specialized ministry, church, evangelical action or operation) on request or which is a member of BCC (consultancy role);
- To act as a platform of interconnection between those who have the vision of God and those who have the provision and help God’s children in particular and the community in general to promote their unity, reconciliation and welfare.
